Meat Free Meals: Mediterranean

Mediterranean diets have been gaining popularity in recent years. The foods tend to be heart-healthy fare, with beneficial fats and whole grains. This type of diet has also been touted as a way to prevent certain health issues like stroke and heart disease.

We will share recipes and samples of some of the more common, but traditional, Mediterranean foods – including tabbouleh and hummus!
